Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is effective for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags.

We only accept return and refund requests for delivered items that are the incorrect size/color/quantity, or are damaged/defective in some way.

Refunds will not be granted due to longer than expected shipping/processing times. All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address listed at the time the original order was placed. 

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased. Original shipping charges on the item will not be refunded.

We currently do not offer exchanges. You will have to go through the return process and order a new product.

How to return an item:

Please email support@marineaces.com and include:
  • Your order number
  • Name and email on the order
  • Item to return and photo of the item
  • For defective/damaged items, please send pictures taken on a flat surface with with the tag and damaged area clearly displayed
  • Reason for return (incorrect or defective)

Once your email message has been received with all the necessary information, our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days and provide additional instructions.
