How much does shipping cost?

We currently offer free shipping in the U.S. for orders above $70.

How long does my order take to deliver?

Standard shipping times for U.S. delivery: 

• 3-6 business days

Please note that order processing and shipment takes 1-2 days to complete. Once you receive shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

Order confirmation:

After your payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the following locations (all international packages are sent via USPS First Class International):

• United Kingdom ($12.97-$19.97 USD)
• Europe ($12.97-$19.97 USD)
• Australia & New Zealand ($12.97-$19.97 USD)
• Japan ($12.97-$19.97 USD)

International deliveries generally take 7-14 business days to most countries, but this depends on the shipping service, current processing time, and any potential customs delay. Customs clearance does not adhere to any time frame, and can prolong delivery. Customs charges may apply depending on the country.

No refunds or returns will be accepted for customs fees paid or refusal of package by not accepting customs fees.

Please note: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU), this means that duties and taxes will be charged to the customer by the carrier upon delivery. Payment of these taxes and duties is required to release orders from customs. Marine Aces does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
